It’s no secret that moving our bodies helps us feel GOOD. Yoga was developed as a system for self-liberation and freedom and John honors that in the way he teaches. You’ll be invited to move your body in a way that creates flow and harmony with some opportunities to challenge yourself along the way. His classes are praised for being highly intuitive, immersive and fun. One person once said, “John’s classes are like being in a movie where you get to observe yourself in such a beautiful way.”

We practice yoga outside because sunshine is so healing and nourishing for the body. We’re also lucky to be in Southern California where we get 300 plus days of sunshine a year! You’ll also be given the opportunity to take a breathtaking hike on our private trails and catch a famous California sunset. Spontaneous dance parties also occasionally break out due to excess fun levels!
