Meditation

Breathwork helps clear the path into the deeper layers of ourself so that meditation and self-hypnosis can pave the road. Much like a computer, our brain has the capacity to be “reprogrammed” for things like health, love, abundance and just about any outcome we can conceive. 

Tension release

Tension release exercises tap into the central nervous system with simple movements and light stresses on the body to induce a tremor or shaking in the body. These neuromuscular tremors can release deep-rooted muscular tension and help regulate nervous system functions.
