Breathwork helps clear the path into the deeper layers of ourself so that meditation and self-hypnosis can pave the road. We have between 40,000 to 60,000 thoughts in a day over 80% of which are repetitive from the day before and over 80% of those are negative or worrisome! Essentially many of us are running the same program over and over, we’re buying into the same thoughts and beliefs. Much like a computer, our brain has the capacity to be “reprogrammed” for things like health, love, abundance and just about any outcome we can conceive. 

The law of attraction is real! Once we quite the noise of the mind and become more intuitive we can begin to create coordinates for ourselves for where we want to go and then condition ourselves to feel like it’s already happening. This creates a cycle where how we think and how we feel is actually influencing how we behave and inevitably what we attract. Thoughts carry frequencies and effect outcomes. When we become masters of how we think we literally become the creators of our reality. Why wait until your outer environment to change BEFORE you feel good. Meditation is to practice feeling the way you want to feel in the present moment then it becomes like a GPS coordinate you can fall back on if you lose your way.
