This retreat will offer you an opportunity to experience the healing power of one of the world's most powerful vortexes, Sedona, Arizona. Immerse yourself in six days of deep healing and transformation with our community. This retreat will be a beautiful balance of an inward journey while also being set in lush accommodations and powerful nature and local immersions.
Imagine waking up where the only thing on your to do list is self love. You'll begin your day spiritual practices guided by John. John will be unveiling a new adaptation of his signature “Quirk Hypnobreathing Method” and introducing “the energy vortex meditation” a powerful journey through the energy vortexes of the body, specifically designed for this retreat offering.
Our energetic journey will be beautifully complimented by meals and excursions designed to stimulate all of your senses. Our private chef will have breakfast waiting for you so after nourishing your mind and heart you can nourish your body. Then we will fill your soul and stimulate your body as the group journeys to some of the most powerful energy vortexes in the world.
You'll experience guided hikes into the red rock energy vortexes where we will practice qi gong and even a chocolate meditation! We will visit a local wolf sanctuary and you will experience the healing power of these powerful and majestic creatures. On our lighter days, you can swim or tube in the river, soak your body in the rooftop hot tub or get a massage and healing treatment from our world class spa team. Don’t forget about John’s playful and joyous yoga classes where smiling is mandatory!
After a hearty and nutritious dinner we will sit under the stars and connect with each other and one of mother nature's most beautiful shows, the desert sky. Feel your connection to the universe in a way that only this spectacular natural wonder can provide.

The UZU Dome project began in 2020 in the wake of COVID. The goal of the UZU Dome is to bring peace and community to all who stay there. UZU Dome's commitment to environment, nature and community are at the centerfold of the experience.
This property has been redesigned and renovated by a team of experts to minimize its environmental footprint. This property consists of reclaimed wood and unused luxury industrial materials that created excess waste.

We call that a clean slate :) No experience is necessary - we teach you tools that anybody can use at any stage on their wellness journey.

Accommodations, all classes and workshops, food, drinks and snacks, lots of laughter and possibly a few tears. Transport is not included.

Guests should book their own airfare and transport to the Uzu Dome. The closest airport is e do provide Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG). We are exploring rideshare opportunities for guests flying in and will update this page with pricing.

Of course! We will always have a vegetarian base with meat options for those interested. We can accommodate most allergies and will collect any dietary needs in advance of the retreat.
