You have taken a massive first step in the journey towards a healthier and happier you! Welcome to the SoCal Wellness Retreats community!
Would you like to sign up for our meal plan? Our chef makes amazing seasonal cuisine sourced mainly from local farms. Some folks choose to fast or bring their own food which is totally fine as well! We serve six meals on our retreats with snacks in between brunch and dinner on full days.
Below you will find all the additional offerings you can add on to maximize your retreat experience! We have a limited number of appointments available so please don’t wait to book these services!!!

Next, please download whatsapp to your phone if you don’t have it. We will use this for communication leading up to the retreat and share helpful information after the retreat is over.

Arrival and departure information
Guests flying in should aim to arrive at San Diego
International Airport NO LATER THAN 2pm. We will
help to arrange ride shares for you with other
guests to get to the property!
