Would you like to sign up for our meal plan? Our chef makes amazing seasonal cuisine sourced mainly from local farms. Some folks choose to fast or bring their own food which is totally fine as well! We serve two meals per day on our retreats with plenty of snacks in between.
Below you will find all the additional offerings you can add on to maximize your retreat experience! We have a limited number of appointments available so please don’t wait to book these services!!!
Private Session add-ons
This is an opportunity to dive deep into what is holding you back and tap into John’s decade of experience in holistic health. John’s authentic style to teaching means that you won’t get a cookie-cutter, one size fits all evaluation or plan but rather he will intently listen to what challenges you and offer a sincere, yet direct, course of action that you can begin to apply to your life immediately. John is positive and candid in his approach. He will inspire you, educate you and be a mirror for you.
Bodywork, Massage & Sound Healing with Linda
Linda offers deeply restorative, hands-on sessions designed to bring the body back into balance, ease, and natural alignment.
Each session is highly personalized and begins with gentle assessment of posture, movement, and areas of restriction. From there, Linda weaves together assisted deep stretching, targeted fascial release, and guided active stretches to open tight or compensating patterns, improve mobility, and help the body move with greater freedom and ease.
Sessions may also include deep tissue massage to address chronic tension, layered with craniosacral work and sound healing to calm the nervous system and support deep integration. As the body softens, sound healing helps the mind settle into slower, restorative states, allowing the work to land more fully.
Clients often describe these sessions as both grounding and expansive — leaving them feeling lighter, clearer, more aligned, and deeply at home in their body. Before each session ends, Linda shares simple, effective stretches guests can continue on their own to support lasting change.
Ideal for: stress and burnout, chronic tension or pain, limited mobility, postural imbalances, headaches, jaw or neck tension, athletes, or anyone seeking a deeply embodied and nervous-system-supportive experience.

Arrival and departure information
Guests flying in should aim to arrive at San Diego International Airport NO LATER THAN 2pm. We willhelp to arrange ride shares for you with other guests to get to the property!
ARRIVAL TIME IS 4pm! Please plan to be at the property at 4, we cannot have early arrivals as our team needs time to prepare.
