Simply put, just about anyone willing to take a chance on themselves and say yes to something life-changing. We have hosted people from all over the world all with a common goal of feeling healthier, more empowered and like the best version of themselves.

They are all different ages, have different jobs, families, passions and challenges. Many have never taken a yoga class or meditated a day in their lives. They did all however answer the call to something more than just a vacation and came out the other side truly changed.
