In this immersive two-hour workshop, we go beyond surface-level mindset work and into a structured, science-backed process for identifying, challenging, and rewiring the beliefs that shape your reality.
We begin with clear self-limiting belief mapping—a practical framework to uncover the unconscious narratives driving your thoughts, behaviors, and results. You’ll pinpoint the exact beliefs keeping you stuck, whether in performance, relationships, health, or purpose.
From there, we move into antithesis charting, where you’ll systematically deconstruct those beliefs and build powerful, evidence-based counter perspectives. This isn’t blind positivity—it’s precision reframing rooted in logic, lived experience, and nervous system awareness.
The final phase is where transformation happens.
Through a DEEP guided breathwork session, you’ll shift your nervous system out of stress patterns and into a receptive, neuroplastic state—allowing you to install new belief systems at the body level, not just the intellectual one. This is where insight becomes integration.
